Please check-in at reception at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

When cancelling a booking, we require 6 hours prior notice. This will enable us to allocate the time to another client. For cancellations after the given period a 50% fee will be charged or your gift voucher will be cancelled.

Please note if you arrive late for an appointment, your treatment duration will be reduced accordingly while full treatment fees apply.
